SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We’re always on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of fantastic primary and specialist settings across North and West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs (ASD, SEMH, ADHD, Speech & Language, MLD, etc.)

• Assist in delivering personalised learning strategies and behaviour support plans

• Encourage engagement, independence, and confidence in learning

• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

About You:

• Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting

• Patient, caring, and confident supporting children with additional needs

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
