What are the School looking for?

• They are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEMH/ Behaviour Needs in Year 1.
• As well as antoher child with ASD/ ADHD in Year 3.
• Both of the pupils can be physical, use colourful language and 'push away' staff who are trying to support them.
• You must have good knowledge of a variety of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
• Resilient
• Quick on your feet as both the pupils are 'Runners'
• Proactive rather than reactive
• Experience with PRU type pupils will be an advantage
