Teaching Assistant

We are currently supporting an Infants School based in the Chislehurst, Bromley area in recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join their team for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• This school needs an Teaching Assistant excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
• You will be expected to provide regular feedback on the pupil's learning and behaviour to the teacher/SENCO.
• This role involves you to supervise and assist with any toileting/medical needs as required.
• The individual appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
• The ideal candidate must be comfortable in supporting SEN children in KS1 and KS2.

Qualifications/Experience

• Due to the nature of this role, an enhanced DBS check will take place prior to employment.
• Experience of supporting pupils with SEN and social communication difficulties is also desirable, but not essential.The School
