Key Responsibilties:

• Support in teacher planning and lesson delivery
• Support children in the classroom
• Confident and shows initiative
• Ability to build relationships
• Passionate about working with children with various needs, this could be speech, language, behaviour.
• When working as a teaching assistant you will not only have to build good relationships with your pupils but staff and parents too
