Teaching Assistant

Magisters Education are currently working with a Secondary School in Maidstone. The head teacher is keen to appoint a Teaching Assistant who has prior teaching assistant experience (Ideally but not essential) and has a caring, nurturing approach with the children.

Teaching Assistant Role:
* Long term role. This will run until July 2023
* Experience working across the secondary age groups
* small group support with a focus on Reading, Writing, comprehension and Maths.
* Full time, hours 8.30am-4pm, due to start asap.

Role requirements:

The head teacher is looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
* Good behaviour management skills
* Has an engaging, confident approach
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
* Phonics experience is a bonus
