Are you a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and inclusive primary school? A well-regarded school in West London is seeking multiple SEN TAs to join their team from January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a nurturing environment that values collaboration, inclusion, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

About You:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach.
  • A team player with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
  • Relevant training or qualifications in SEN (desirable but not essential).
