CLASSROOM TEACHING ASSISTANT, ASAP START
Location: Hayes, Hillingdon, UB3
Start Date: Immediate 
Contract: Full-time, long term until July 2025

Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm
Pay: Up to £120 per day (dependent on experience)

 

We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Hayes (UB3) who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 class, specifically working with a small group of children with learning difficulties/ASD to start ASAP.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher as well working with a small group of children with ASD & learning difficulties
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Foster a calm and inclusive learning environment
• Support the pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

About You:

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
• Confident working with multiple pupils with additional needs within a classroom
• Skilled in using strategies to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and independence
