Salary: Up to £115 per day

Are you a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support a child in Year 3 with ASD on a 1:1 basis at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing school environment and contribute to a child’s educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a child with ASD in Year 3.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement effective support strategies.
• Monitor progress and adapt approaches to meet individual needs.
• Promote independence and confidence in learning.

About You:

• Experience supporting children with ASD in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
• Committed to supporting inclusive education.
• Available full-time from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
