You’ll play a key role in supporting the pupil’s social, emotional, and academic development, helping them engage positively with learning and thrive within the classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s individual needs.
• Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Encourage engagement and participation in learning activities.
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals.
• Maintain a structured and supportive environment that fosters progress.

• Experience supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and SEND best practices.
