Trainee Recruitment Consultant- Education

We are seeking to add an additional Trainee Recruitment Consultant to our Education Branch. We are a close-knit team and are looking to make a new appointment to commence ASAP
You will have full on-hand training and support from your manager (myself) who will sit next to you an train and 'show you the ropes'. I have more that 7 years experience in Education recruitment.
We are a team of 5.

The Role
Manage existing schools already registered with us
Grow the existing client base via business development and arranging meetings with new potential schools
Register new teachers that are interested in representing our agency for primary, secondary and SEN positions.

Requirements

Strong work ethic since the role is heavily incentivised for hard workers
Previous experience in recruitment required, will be desirable if in the education sector
Good communication skills - the ideal candidate can manage and communicate information clearly and concisely across the company
