The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of students with learning difficulties or disabilities. You will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to help students achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:

- Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

- Supporting students with disabilities to access the curriculum

- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students

- Monitoring student's progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents

- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students as required

- Assisting with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Be organised, reliable, and flexible, with a can do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The Package offered:

• This role offers a generous daily rate of £70 - £90 per day, depending on experience.
