About the Role:

You would be working under the supervision of more experienced Teaching Assistants and Teachers, ensuring a safe and supportive setting for children to develop their social and educational skills. Much of your job would involve working with small groups of children aged between 11-19 years. You will be working within the classroom and working 1:1 to get the most potential out of every child.

Role Duties:

• Work as an effective team player in a well-established and friendly team
• Be self-motivated and proactive
• Promote the values and positive ethos of the school
• Be enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Work to support in a class environment and in a 1:1 capacity.
