Magisters Education are in search for a Teaching Assistant to work at a Secondary PRU School to start ASAP. This Secondary School is located in Enfield.

About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant you must be able to demonstrate your experience working with primary school students, whether as a youth mentor, instructor, or club leader, inside or outside of schools. The school are looking for someone who is confident, has a great personality and is highly motivated.

Role Duties:

• Resilience, reliability, and an unwavering passion for empowering students to excel in their learning and development.
• Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide tailored support and assistance in their academic progress.
• Demonstrate confident classroom management skills and effective behaviour strategies.
• Contribute to the creation and organisation of learning resources and materials.
