Health and Social Care Teacher

Magisters Education are looking for a Health & Social Care Teacher to start in January at a Secondary School based in Hayes.

The school is a medium size mainstream Secondary School with a supportive department. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. The school does have a 6th form, although most of the timetable for this role will be key stage 3 and key stage 4.

The position is open to both NQT's and experienced teachers. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

About the Roles:

• This site is based in Hayes, Hillingdon. There are good transport links via the bus and there is also free staff parking on site
• They are looking for someone on a permanent basis, but there is the potential for 'temp to perm'. This will be to assess whether the role is suitable for you as well as if the School are happy also.
• Full time. This role is with full class responsibilities. You be required to plan lessons as well as attend after School meetings

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year Health and Social care teaching experience in the UK (NQTs are accepted)
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

To be eligible for this role you must:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
