Are you an experienced English Teacher who thrives from seeing students develop their linguistic, written skills and comprehensive capabilities?

Magisters are currently supporting an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Secondary school in South East London in finding a motivated and committed English Teacher who is confident in being able to teach across KS3 – KS5.

This is an Easter 2020 start for the ideal English Teacher.

The school are happy to pay to scale MPS for an English Teacher and can offer a salary of £24,000 - £42,000 or UPS for an English Teacher with a proven track record.

This three-form entry school is a popular, state of the art school with modern facilities and is well respected within the local community. The school is located nearby to multiple stations and is easily accessible via public transport.

Magisters are looking for English Teachers who can demonstrate:

• Experience of teaching English successfully at Secondary school level
• Excellent subject knowledge with a real passion for English
• Strong behaviour management skills
• QTS and a Degree of Masters in English
• An ability to inspire and motivate students, staff and parents
• KS3 – KS4 experience, with KS5 being advantageous
