As a Cover Supervisor with Magisters Education, part of the Coyle Group, you’ll make a tangible difference in secondary classrooms across Devon—without needing QTS.

• Previous experience working with young people (tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)
• Confidence in delivering structured lesson instructions and managing classes
• Strong presence, reliability, and clear communication
