Teaching Assistant

A brilliant Primary School in Romford are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team to start ASAP. They are looking for either an experienced TA, aspiring TA or someone with a passion to support pupils with additional needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to students with SEND requirements on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic development.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to help students thrive.
