Are you a compassionate and skilled SEN teacher ready to make a lasting impact in a nurturing and well-supported setting? A mainstream primary school Westminster, Inner London is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their outstanding alternative provision from September 2025.

This is a unique opportunity to teach a group of KS1 children with special needs. There are 4 experienced teaching assistants within the class, as well as the children receiving sessions with speech and language therapists, art therapist, and other specialist support to facilitate their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored, engaging lessons to support individual learning and development
  • Collaborate with experienced TAs and external therapists
  • Track progress and adapt learning plans using a range of assessments
  • Foster social, emotional, and academic growth within a structured and safe environment
  • Work closely with the Lead Teacher overseeing the provision

About You:

  • Qualified teacher with strong SEN experience
  • Skilled at delivering a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom experience
  • Confident in liaising with multidisciplinary teams
  • Resilient, reflective, and committed to pupil wellbeing
