This school is looking to the future to recruit teachers keen to use their imaginative learning projects to teach exciting and engaging lessons. The senior leadership team pride themselves on their commitment to developing leaders from within the school and has a very successful middle leadership training programme. All teachers become part of a supportive curriculum group and are encouraged to promote their subject throughout the school.

The headteacher is looking to recruit talented and proven primary teachers to join the KS1 primary teacher team. All applicants will need to be qualified, confident in their ability within the classroom. You will need to be a passionate and professional primary teacher.

The successful Year 1 Teacher will:

• be an excellent classroom practitioner
• have experience of, or shown the potential for, leadership
• care passionately about children, their development and achievements
• be hardworking and adaptable to change
• have vision, passion, commitment, flair and imagination
• can lead and develop strong and effective staff teams
• contribute to school-wide tracking processes so that every pupil makes at least good progress
