Magisters Education are working with an ‘Outstanding’ rated Ofsted school in the Hillingdon area who are looking for an NQT Primary Teacher to work with a Year 2 class for September 2021!

The School

The school are a small community school with an outstanding record of support for both students and staff. The school offer a friendly and supportive teaching environment where teachers work collaboratively to support each other. The school are a 2 form entry school and are smaller than the average school, offering a community family feel to the teaching environment. Pupil behaviour is good and staff wellbeing is prioritised with the school often organising events for staff to build staff rapport and relationships to ensure a happy and thriving learning environment. The school are located close to a range of bus routes and have onsite parking if you are driving.

The Role

The role will see you working full time working with a Year 2 class who are preparing to move into Key Stage 2. The children come from a range of diverse backgrounds and are well behaved. The Key Stage 1 team are highly supportive of each other and you will be made to feel a part of the team from your first day working in the school. You will receive continuous support throughout the year and will have a dedicated NQT trainer who will offer guidance and support. You will have weekly 1 to 1 meetings to discuss your progress and will have the chance to feedback in areas you feel you need additional support.

Experience/Job Requirements

• You will be completing your PGCE for the summer of 2021 or 2020
• If you are an experienced teacher your application can still be considered for this position
• You will be an enthusiastic and passionate teacher who aims to teach outstanding lessons and will work with the school to maximise your potential
• You will be available to begin for September 2021
