Magisters Education is currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Exam Invigilator to support a school in the London Borough of Brent during the Summer 2026 exam season.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting students during a crucial stage of their academic journey, while benefiting from flexible, school-based working hours.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will help ensure exams are conducted in line with regulations, maintain a calm and organised environment, and provide support to students who may require additional assistance.

Key Responsibilites:

As an Exam Invigilator placed by Magisters Education, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils and school communities. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Supervise examinations in line with school policies and regulatory requirements
• Distribute and collect exam papers, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
• Monitor exam rooms to maintain a calm and controlled environment and prevent malpractice
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students where required
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing appropriate strategies
• Act as a calm and reassuring presence to support students throughout the exam process
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and exam officers to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting

Role Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with additional needs
• Professional, reliable, and confident in enforcing exam regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a structured exam environment
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and the ability to follow strict procedures
