Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum, while developing your teaching style and classroom management skills.

• Assess and monitor student progress, using feedback to inform future planning and support.
• Work closely with mentors, phase leaders, and colleagues to reflect on practice and continuously improve.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification by September 2025
• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
