Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher ready to kickstart your teaching journey in a supportive and inclusive school environment? We are looking for a passionate Year 2 ECT to join a vibrant primary school in Harrow from September 2025 for the full academic year. This is ideal for someone continuing their induction. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

About You

• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• You are currently completing or about to begin your second year of induction
• You have strong classroom management and communication skills
• You are committed to supporting student progress and well-being
• You are flexible, proactive, and a team player
• You are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check if required
