Magisters Education have recently partnered with nursery schools in Brent. They are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner to work on a full time basis for a January start!

About the role

• The Nursery Practitioner role will be full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (hours may vary depending on the role)
• You will be supporting and promoting children's early education and development.
• Plan and provide an enabling environment that promotes effective care, teaching and learning that allows all children to progress and prepares them for their next phase of development and learning.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and development of all children.
• work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and other professionals.
• Make use of assessments to support planning and progressing children towards their 'next steps'.

Job requirements

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Previous child-centred experience with the early years age range.
• Understand how to work with pupils and build positive relationships with various pupils quickly and efficiently
• Love of education and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
• Confident, proactive and enthusiastic person
• Good behaviour management skills
