Magisters Education have recently partnered with a nursery in Westerham. They are looking to appoint a Early Years Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis for a January start!

About the role

• The Early Years Teaching Assistant role will be full-time Monday-Friday, 8.30-3.30pm.
• Working as part of a team to support children in early years.
• Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play and supporting during snack/meal times.
• Providing feedback to the class teacher and parents on child's progress.

Job Requirements

• Experience working with EYFS aged children-desirable
• Experience of personal care
• Able to communicate confidently and articulately
• Experience of using observations to evidence children's progress
• Understand how to work with pupils and build positive relationships with various pupils quickly and efficiently
• Love of education and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
• Confident, proactive and enthusiastic person
• Good behaviour management skills
