Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedback and interventions.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND in KS1.
• Strong understanding of differentiation and behaviour management strategies.
