Qualified nursery room leader

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our nursery room. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, coupled with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of nursery staff
- Create engaging and educational activities for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations
- Oversee the development and implementation of the nursery curriculum

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to engage and interact with children effectively
- Qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are desirable (level 3 or higher).
